The News Tribune’s article about the sale of Cirrus aircraft to a company from China caused me great sadness.
Another great and competitive American company has been sold to a most-predatory business environment. There will be not one American working for Cirrus within two years, I fear, irrespective of what any politician or the company’s CEO may claim or even write into contracts.
This is a sad day for the country — and for the people of Duluth.
I wish your city’s hard-working people luck. I sincerely wish good American science and technology would stay at home to benefit the world and not be squandered to serve those who seem intent only on subjugating humanity with their newfound power.
